تنحدر الدكتورة هالة من عائلة أردنية مرموقة، ويعمل والدها في مجال الاستثمار العقاري في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ما شكّل لها قاعدة معرفية قوية وأسّس لشغفها المبكر في عالم العقارات.
تمتلك خبرة تمتد لأكثر من سبع سنوات في المجال العقاري في الإمارات، الأردن، تركيا، مصر، والسعودية، وهي أيضًا مستثمِرة في المجال العقاري في عدّة دول، مما منحها خبرة عميقة في اقتناص الفرص الاستثمارية المميزة وتحليل الأسواق المتنوعة.

Dr. Hala Al Shawabkeh, widely known as “The Princess of Real Estate,” is a professional real estate consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. At 29 years old (born in 1996), she is recognized as one of the Top 10 Strongest Real Estate Brokers in Dubai.
Dr. Hala comes from a distinguished Jordanian family, where her father is actively involved in real estate investment in the United States, inspiring her early passion and foundation in the property industry.
With over seven years of experience in the real estate sector across the UAE, Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, she is also a real estate investor herself, with successful investments in multiple countries — giving her a unique edge in identifying exclusive and high-value opportunities worldwide.
